my top 15 most annoying songs of all time
« on: September 01, 2017, 08:56:52 PM »
Yeah, i did make a list of what i consider the most top 15 annoying songs of all time lol.  These arnt necessarily in order,  but the songs at the end of the list i do consider worse than the ones at the beginning.

Brandi and Monica - The Boy is mine
The Darkness - I believe in a thing called love
The Streets - Dry your eyes
Eminem - Slim Shady
Katy Perry - I kissed a girl and i liked it
Mr Vegas - Heads High
Natasha Beddingfield - These words
Stereophonics - Mr Writer      how can anyone listen to this without their ears bleeding???
Black eyed Peas - My Humps
The Big Pink - Dominos    very boring send you to sleep verses, with a barely mediocre chorus
Rosie Gaines - Closer than close
Gwen Steffani - Its my life    I like the original version by Talk Talk, but Gwen Steffani murders it
Velvet Revolver - Slither
Pink - So what
Ting Tings - Great DJ

^^^ Fuck, yeah that Gwen Steffani version of It's my Life is deeply offensive. I fucking hate her voice at the best of times anyway. She strips it of all emotion in the same way Coldplay did when covering Two Thousand miles by The Pretenders.

I avoid all music by bands whose name starts with an M through to P.

So that would rule out Metalica, Mike Oldfield and Pink Floyd

Anything by Elton John.

Mediocre, talentless, parasitic, stroppy, short, fat, ugly, balding and myopic are all words that spring to my mind whenever I think of him. His music consists of coldly calculated tunes that are churned out by numbers to exploit whatever trend or genre he thinks might get some radio time and make him some wedge and have all the intimacy, soul, passion and feel I'd imagine sex with a whore does: get it done quick, wipe yer cock and move on feeling slightly soiled and unhappy that you have degraded yourself by engaging with it.

I wouldn't cross the road to see him in concert and would much rather he didn't ever pop up on the radio or TV; nothing he has ever done has enriched my life in any shape or form. He's just a second rate singer and tolerable piano player who has made a living by surrounding himself with other musicians and song-writers to do the dirty work for him.

And to top all of that I have never been able to forgive or forget Villa Park in '84.

It isn't just his songs that are annoying but every last thing about him and come the revolution, brother, he's first up against the wall.

I couldn't stand Elton John for a long time, but some of his stuff I can tolerate these days. I'd go as far as syaing Goodbye Yellow Brick Road is a very good album!  :weed:

No it isn't.

You used to be right but now you are wrong. I recommend regression therapy.
