This is For Q mostly but anybody can play (although if you find the answer obvious it would be against the intended spirit were you to answer).

What is remarkable about this photograph?

(Taken at yesterday's match involving Kent.)

Not really. Living in Plymouth it is all too distant. Taunton is as close as it gets and that's 75 miles away...

I used to be more into it when the B&H Cup and John Player League matches were on terrestrial but Murdoch won't ever get my shilling so since it all shifted to Sky I have no idea who plays for who unless they hit the England team.

I have made this stand too....such a shame...brought the downfall of cricket in England.

Yes I've had half an eye on that. Keep on forgetting it is on.

Saw a bit of Pakistan v Sri Lanka. Some awful dropped catches by Sri Lanka. One of them a real shocker. Couldn't help but wonder where the big money was placed in that one... Very iffy.

You need to radicalise Q into cricket. I know he will really enjoy it as a hobby...stats, power plays and etc. You have a mission Barb's.  :D

He would have been ideal bowler material in his prime: tall, rangy, lithe. He had all the tools.

Probably more of a spinner than a quickie though. He was never aggressive enough to bowl quick and his arse was too small for it anyway.

Once he got the basic skills nailed down I'm sure the thinking-a-batsman-out bit would have appealed hugely too.

I meant as a spectator. He's clever to follow all the complicated stuff.
